Our salon guidelines help create a calm, respectful space for everyone. Please review our policies on bookings, cancellations, and visitor etiquette before your appointment.

Salon policy for children under 12 years of age are unable to accompany clients into treatment rooms and are not to be left unattended.
Out of respect for other client please ensure phones are on silent or switched off.
Please notify staff when booking your treatments if you have any concerns regarding your health including advising of any allergies, pregnancy or choices of treatments.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-salon, over the phone or online.
No shows for gift vouchers will mean the cancellation of voucher.
Arriving late for your appointment will unfortunately limit your treatment time. A 12 hour cancel or re-schedule is required otherwise a fee of 100% may apply.
To ensure the safety and health of your nails, we do not remove gel, Shellac, SNS, or acrylic applied at other salons, as we cannot verify the products or techniques used. We appreciate your understanding.
